CANCELLATION
30-day cancellation policy on lodging.
Cancellations MORE than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged $25.00, and we will refund the balance.
Cancellations LESS than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount.
PETS
No pets allowed in cabins or Summer Lodge.
$250.00 cleaning fee for any animal in cabins or Summer Lodge
Pets are welcome on any float trips and shuttle vehicles.
SMOKING
No smoking in cabins or Summer Lodge.
BOAT RESERVATION POLICIES
14-day cancellation policy on canoe and kayak rentals.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to your reservation date, no additional charge.
Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged the full amount for all water craft you reserved.
When river levels are determined to be at flood stage or high and still rising, we offer a refund or rain check (valid for one year).
